You finally want to start a job but don't know how? Our job coaching will help you identify your strengths, create application documents and prepare perfectly for interviews.
This is what you can expect from coaching:
✅ Potential analysis
Together we will identify your strengths, interests and professional goals. We will discuss which jobs are right for you and how you can implement your plans.
✅ Application training
We create your CV and cover letter and prepare you for interviews
✅ Understanding the labor market
You will learn how the German job market works, which professions are currently in demand and how to deal with bureaucratic hurdles.
✅ Time management and organization
We show you how to balance family and career and give you tips for effective self-management.
For whom?
- Job seekers looking for a professional perspective
- particularly suitable for parents, as the location and time can be adapted to the needs
When?
- Start: Possible at any time
- Duration: 60 hours in 10 weeks (that is 80 teaching units*)
- at least 2 appointments per week
- 6 hours every week
We will determine the exact days and times together before the coaching begins.
Where?
The coaching is carried out partly online and partly in person. The first week always takes place in person at Brunnenstraße 110d in Berlin-Gesundbrunnen.
*One "teaching unit" (UE) corresponds to 45 minutes.
