  • How do I log on?

    Your registration for the telc exam is only complete if you have completed the following before the registration deadline :

    1. you have paid for the exam and
    2nd you have filled out and signed the registration form and sent it to us.

    If you pay for the exam on our website, we will send you the
    Registration form via email. Simply fill it out and sign it and send it back to us so that we can reserve your place in the exam.

  • Can I register for only the written or oral part of the exam (partial retake)?

    Yes. However, you must come to the examination center in person and register on site. Please bring a copy of your results from the previous examination with you.

  • When is the registration deadline?

    The registration deadline is 16 days before the exam day. Please make sure that you register completely (payment + registration form) at least 16 days before the exam.

  • Can I register for an exam that takes place in less than 16 days?

    In rare cases, it is possible that you can still register for the exam. In such cases, an additional late registration fee of €30 will be charged.

  • Can I cancel the exam?

    If you withdraw from an exam after the registration deadline, you will be charged a cancellation fee of €85.

  • What time does the exam start?

    Most of our telc exams start at 9:00 a.m. We will send you an email with detailed information a few days before the exam.

    Since it depends on the number of participants when we finish all the exams in one day, we recommend that you keep the whole day free for the exam.

  • What rules do I have to follow during the exam?

    By completing your registration you also accept the information and rules for telc examinations .

  • Can I retake the exam?

    Yes, exams can be repeated as many times as you like. Whether you take the entire exam (both the written and oral parts) or just part of the exam depends on the level of the exam.

  • When will I receive my results?

    It takes about 4 to 8 weeks until you receive your result. We will inform you by email as soon as your certificate is available.

  • Do the written and oral parts take place on the same day?

    Yes, all our exams are organized so that you only have 1 exam day.
