At the end of the training, you will be able to demonstrate skills in care and support. This will open many doors for you as a nursing assistant, care assistant and domestic worker in outpatient and inpatient facilities.

Improving German for Work

Communication is the most important thing in everyday life and at work with people. That's why we also prepare you linguistically for nursing and care work. Practical language exercises from everyday working life will help you to strike the right tone at work.

With the laptop you are flexible

We will provide you with a laptop free of charge so that you can participate optimally in the training. Classes take place online three days a week - so you can learn from the comfort of your own home and organize your everyday life flexibly.

Information on further training

The advanced training program to become a culturally sensitive nursing and care assistant provides practical preparation for a career in nursing, care, or home economics. All modules include culturally sensitive content and are taught by experienced instructors. The program is AZAV-certified and can be funded with a training voucher.

The training is flexible and varied:

  • You can always start at the beginning of a module.
  • You can start with any module.
  • You don't have to attend all 8 modules, you can also choose only the modules that are important to you.

Place of instruction
3 days per week online, 2 days on site in Berlin-Gesundbrunnen ( Brunnenstraße 110d ).
During the holidays, classes are always held online.

    Start: October 14, 2025

    Duration: 5 weeks + 2 weeks internship

  • Module 2: Intercultural care assistance according to Section 53c SGB XI

    Start: March 31, 2026

    Duration: 5 weeks + 3 weeks internship

    ✔️ Wheelchair driving license

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I have to go to school during the holidays?

    During the holidays, you do not have to come to school in person. You will either have no classes or the classes will take place online.

  • I have to take my child to and from daycare/school. Do I have enough time to do this?

    Our lesson times are daycare and school friendly. Classes always start at 8:50 a.m. and end at 3:20 p.m. You can definitely bring your child to daycare/school and pick them up on time afterwards.

  • Can I work straight after completing the training?

    Yes, after the training you can work directly in nursing. There are many open jobs for nursing assistants in Berlin.
